Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping. You can select this option at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
All taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and are clearly itemised before purchase.
We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are settled in advance—so your order arrives without any unexpected costs.
Are sale items eligible for return?
For online purchases, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, regardless of whether the item is on sale.
Please note that this does not apply to non-faulty items purchased in-store.
Altered garments are not eligible for return.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping details.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your parcel, as you remain responsible for the item until it safely reaches us.

What if I’m between sizes?
If you are between sizes, we are happy to guide you. Simply reach out to us with your measurements, and we will recommend the best fit for you.
Can I request custom sizing or alterations?
We offer complimentary alterations to ensure the best possible fit.
Custom sizing, however, is not available, as we produce in limited quantities and source fabric with intention—only as much as we need.

Do you produce limited quantities?
We produce in small, considered batches—typically between 30 and 100 pieces.
Some designs, especially those created from leftover fabrics, are available only in very limited numbers.
Our hand-embroidered pieces are produced in editions of up to 20.
There is no overproduction—only what is needed.
Each garment is created with the intention to be worn, kept, and passed on.
